This page explains what happens to your personal data when you send a direct message to our Instagram account @khromberry.cz.
Who we are

What we receive
When you message @khromberry.cz, Instagram passes us:
- your Instagram account ID and, where Instagram provides them, your name and username;
- the text of your messages and any photos or files you attach;
- the time each message was sent.
We do not receive your password or your other Instagram conversations.
Why we use it
We use your messages to answer your questions and to take and arrange your orders, for example a custom cake. The messages are processed by our website and by an assistant that helps us answer customer questions and handle orders.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us at [email protected]. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
